Convenient Base for Exploring. We had a lovely 4-day stay here. The hotel was a great starting point for exploring the bustling area, with lots of local restaurants nearby and just a stone's throw from Piazza Navona. 🍽️

With the help of the really excellent staff, we had a really amazing stay. The rooms were neat and immaculate, with a bidet: )

The room was immaculate and bright, had smoke detectors for the safety. The position was marvellous, eateries and restaurants are in front of the hotel. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Trattoria Massa that is only 10 minutes' walk away...

All the rooms here are clean and the staff is super friendly. It's a nice bonus to have a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge 🍳🥤.

The location was great, with nice shops and eateries nearby that are usually less crowded than downtown. It was also close to the train station, Vatican museums, and cathedral. Additionally, it was just a mile away from a large plaza.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, perfect for families. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Vatican and with easy access to public transportation. The staff, particularly Francesca, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing helpful recommendations and even getting us a travel adaptor.

Breakfast delights - the water for the tub could have been hotter.

We absolutely loved our stay at Deluxe Rooms And Chilling Jacuzzi Suite Guesthouse. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Vatican and the metro station. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a romantic getaway. We especially enjoyed the Smart TV with Netflix for those rainy days.

I always come back to this guesthouse. It has it all, from helpful staff who found me transport on my first stay, to Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a jacuzzi. Perfect for a holiday with a flat-screen TV, lift, cots, air conditioning, and no smoking. No regrets!

the owners were quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area. The location was central and close to major attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and had daily replenishment of coffee and pastries.

We had the most amazing stay at this guesthouse. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with the Vatican Museums just a 5-minute walk away and the metro station nearby. We loved the cute and romantic room, complete with a tiny balcony. The furniture and decor were perfect, making us feel right at home. Plus, the cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

The slow filling speed of the jacuzzi tub, which was a minor inconvenience.

We had an amazing Christmas experience at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was the cleanest I've ever seen! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure our room was tidied up every day, which was such a nice touch. The location couldn't have been better - walking distance to the main attractions like the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Square. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and gelato places nearby. It made exploring the area so convenient!

There were a couple of downsides. the hotel wasn't as close to downtown as some other places in the same price range.

Guests mentioned excellent communication and helpfulness from the host, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with daily cleaning and replenishment of amenities. Guests appreciated the complimentary coffee, plum cakes, and water provided in the room. The guesthouse also offered free bag storage, allowing visitors to explore the city without worry.

Some tenants in the building mentioned the need for others to be courteous and close the lift for everyone's convenience.

The best aspects of our Xmas stay were the excellent service provided by the staff and the perfect location of the hotel. Every morning, the staff checked in on us to see if we needed anything, which was a first for us in an Airbnb. They were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was ideal, as we were able to easily explore the city and visit the famous attractions. we enjoyed the advantage of staying in a quiet room despite being in a busy neighborhood, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing.

The worst aspects were that the hot water for the jacuzzi tub filled slowly and that the room was a bit tight for a family of five, with limited space to access our suitcases. Although the hot water issue is a common one overseas, we were still able to enjoy a warm bath at the end of the day.
